great location right off the m55, the staff were super friendly an helpful. bed was comfy n clean room. plenty of parking too, n the bar area was nice for drinks. the surrounding landscaping was a plus, even if it looked a bit overgrown.
the breakfast next door was a bit of a rip-off, we shoulda just paid when we got there instead of online. also, the room coulda used some more space, felt cramped with the pull-out beds.

Family with children not entirely satisfied
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cassie who went above and beyond when she tried to fix my TV on my arrival as it wasn't working. The breakfast was lovely and cooked breakfast was cooked to order.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

The location offers outstanding convenience with direct access to the M55, making travel a breeze. There are decent parking options nearby which allows for a hassle-free check-in and check-out.
The family room felt cramped, especially with the pull-out beds that didn’t leave much room to move around. There were notable cleanliness issues in the bathroom, with signs of mold and hair left behind, making it hard to relax after a long day. The breakfast options felt overpriced, especially since I had to trek to a different establishment to find a decent meal, and the room decor definitely needs an update. It was challenging to get a good night’s sleep due to thin walls allowing noise from neighboring rooms to disturb us.

An Enjoyable Stay with Excellent Service!
We recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, quickly preparing a delicious vegan pizza when the menu changed. The comfortable double room was a perfect retreat. Ensure to ask about their new vegan options on your visit!

Spacious Room, Great for Families!
Room was spacious and perfect for us. We had two single beds and a double. A nice shower and bath—super handy with kids. Daily maid service was a plus. Only bummer was the location near the motorway. could hear some traffic.

our stay at the villa was really nice! everything was very clean, and the receptionist was super pleasant and helpful. even though there’s no food on-site, they recommended a lovely place nearby for breakfast at a fishing lake. it was perfect and reasonably priced.

Nice size room for three, with a decent TV for entertainment. The bathroom was very clean, which is always a relief in a hotel stay.
Breakfast is a real catch here. book online and you're looking at a £10 price tag, while the same meal next door costs only £6.95. Some noise issues too. having the window open isn’t an option due to traffic and bar chatter. Found the bed a bit too high for comfort. Minor cleaning oversight left previous guests' rubbish on the floor, which wasn’t ideal. some quirks that didn’t ruin my stay but left me wishing for a bit more attention to detail.
